1) Walk for at least 1/2 an hour at least three times a week - make use of lunch hour
2) Go to the gym at least 4 days a week
3) Three alcoholic drinks maximum a week
4) 7 hours sleep (or more) every night
5) At least one meal of salad a day as well as fruit for breakfast
6) Unlimited fruit and vegetables
7) Blog every day
